Nicole O’Byrne, B. Sc. (Queen’s), LL.B. (Saskatchewan), B.A. (Regina), LL.M. (McGill), Ph.D. (UVic) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of New Brunswick.
Nicole O'Byrne is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick. Nicole's research focuses on the history of Canadian federalism, public policy history and non-constitutionalized intergovernmental agreements, including the British North America Act 1930 (natural resources transfer agreements) and Medicare. She teaches Evidence, Criminal Law, Aboriginal Peoples & Law, and Aboriginal Self Government & Economic Development
